What's the minimum order quantity?

We ask for a minimum of 15 pieces for DTF printing and 50 for screen printing. Smaller quantities are possible, but the per-piece price is higher.

What's the usual production turnaround?

Once your deposit is received, production usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the order size.

Larger orders may take a little longer.

Allow 2 to 3 extra days during the holiday season.

Can I supply my own garments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can bring your own t-shirts, hoodies or other apparel. Otherwise, we can supply garments to keep the process simpler and faster.

Do you offer design help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer basic graphic support for small touch-ups or logo/design prep, at a small additional cost. More complex design work is billed based on your specific needs.

How do I choose between screen printing and DTF?

Accepted Answer

Screen printing is ideal for larger runs (50+), simple colors and clean designs.

Ink sinks into the fabric for a soft, durable finish. There's a higher initial cost to prep the screens.

DTF is perfect for smaller quantities or complex, colorful designs. Ink sits on top of the fabric with a slight texture.

No setup fees, and it works on any fabric type.

How is pricing set for screen printing and DTF?

Accepted Answer

Screen printing:
You pay a setup fee per screen (one screen per color), plus a cost per print per garment.

Ex: a 2-color print on 50 t-shirts = 2 screen fees + 50 prints.

DTF:
No setup fees. Pricing is per print, based on the design size (e.g. small chest logo vs. full back) and the number of placements on the garment.

More prints or larger prints means more cost.

Garment cost and shipping are not included.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes. We can pick up and deliver your order for a small fee. Pickup and delivery are free on larger orders.

What extras do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer printed or heat-transfer labels with your logo, care labels and hangtags. These are custom options and may need a bit more time for creation and approval.
